Learn how aimusicdetector.app handles uploaded audio, third-party detection providers, analytics, cookies, account history, and deletion workflows.
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Aimusicdetector.app handles uploaded audio, file metadata, scan tasks, third-party detection providers, account history, report data, analytics, cookies, and deletion requests. The public MVP keeps scanning in setup-required state until production processing is configured.
Uploaded audio
When scanning is enabled, upload audio only if you own it or have permission to analyze it. Raw audio and processed snippets should be retained only temporarily for scan processing and deletion workflows, with a maximum target of 24 hours unless a later policy clearly says otherwise.
Third-party processing
Audio may be processed by third-party detection providers to generate probabilistic AI music risk signals. Specific provider names, retention details, training use, processing regions, and subprocessors must match services actually enabled in production.
Analytics
Production analytics tools such as GA4, Plausible, Microsoft Clarity, Ahrefs, or GSC are loaded only when configured. Analytics payloads must not include file names, hashes, emails, raw scores, vendor request IDs, or report URLs.
Deletion requests
Before account history or report storage is enabled, deletion is handled through the site operator contact path. Future account features should include a clearer self-service deletion flow.
