Refund and Credit Policy
Learn when report credits are consumed, when failed scans return credits, and how refund requests are handled for digital AI Music Risk Reports.
Credit consumption
A full report credit should be consumed only after a full report is successfully generated. Vendor errors, technical failures, or timeouts that do not produce a report should not consume a full report credit or should automatically return the credit.
Refund boundary
Successfully generated digital reports are generally non-refundable, except for duplicate charges, technical failures, legal requirements, or support-approved exceptions.
Payment gate
Real payment, report packs, subscriptions, tax handling, cancellation paths, and renewal timing must match the payment provider actually enabled in production. The current public MVP uses safe-state CTAs instead of active checkout.
Support path
Refund or credit requests should use the support channel provided with the paid account or order record once payments are enabled.
